Project update: 7 W. Mulberry St

7 W. Mulberry St in Baltimore

To be ready for move-in July 2016

As Trademark’s most recent renovation, 7 Mulberry St is also its largest and most historic. With plans for ten residential and three retail units, the project will maintain most historic aspects like trim, moulding and windows while also boasting a modern design.

Our latest project: 7 Mulberry St

Due to be listed for leasing by July of 2016, the property at 7 Mulberry St is moving right along with its renovations. Once complete, the fully renovated historic building located across the street from the Basilica will offer ten residential units as well as retail space.

Upon purchasing the building, Trademark Properties gutted the entire property, being careful to preserve historic aspects like the trim, moulding, stairwells and windows.
